Obituary of Dorothy Bauer

Dorothy Bauer Dorothy "Dot" Trampenau Bauer, age 81, of Millcreek Twp., died Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at Hamot Medical Center. She was born in Erie, PA on March 11, 1929, the daughter of the late, Frederick and Monica Martz Trampenau. She had been employed at PNC Bank. She enjoyed bowling, baking, and the New York Yankees. She is survived by her husband, Robert M Bauer, one son, Robert F. Bauer and his wife, Kathleen of Millcreek, four sisters: Charlotte Boehm (Erie), Edith Benson (Erie), Vera Barna (Millcreek), Jean O'Camb (Millcreek), two brothers; Howard Trampenau and his wife, Lorraine, (Erie), Theodore Trampenau of Fairview, three grandchildren; Kristen, Kristopher, and Kara, and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. and are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday at St. John the Baptist R.
